Delete my OneGo account

In the app

1. Open OneGo and go to the Profile tab.
2. Tap “Delete my account”.
3. Confirm. If you signed in with Apple, Apple asks you to confirm one last time: this lets us also remove OneGo's access to your Apple ID.

If a subscription is in progress, cancel it first, and wait for a payment in progress to finish: the account cannot be deleted before then.

From your request on, you are signed out on all your devices and can no longer sign in. If a paid box is still to be picked up, the order stands: you pick it up with its code. Your account closes 30 days after your last scheduled pickup, and no later than 60 days after your request. The app shows you that date before you confirm.

Without the app, by email

1. Write to support@onegomarket.com from your account's email address, with the subject “Delete my account”.
2. Tell us whether you signed in with Apple or with Google. If you hid your email with Apple, give us the relay address ending in @privaterelay.appleid.com: you will find it in your Apple ID settings, under “Sign in with Apple”.
3. We write to your account's address to confirm the request comes from you. Reply to that message.
4. We delete your account 30 days after your last pickup, and no later than 60 days after your request, and confirm it by email.

If you signed in with Apple, you can also remove OneGo yourself in your Apple ID settings, under “Sign in with Apple”. This signs you out of OneGo but does not delete your account. With Google, it is in your Google Account, under third-party app connections.

What is deleted

At once, from your request:

• your waitlists and the shops you asked us to add;
• all your sessions: you are signed out everywhere, and nobody can sign in to your account.

When your account closes, which is 30 days after your last scheduled pickup and no later than 60 days after your request:

• your email address, your first name and your last name;
• the link between your account and Apple or Google: the account can no longer be used to sign in;
• your registered devices and your upcoming notices. Until then, they are used for the pickup reminders of boxes you paid for;
• your saved card: we ask Stripe to delete it. Stripe keeps its own payment records under its rules.

If you have no pickup to come and your last pickup was more than 30 days ago, the account closes on your request.

What is kept, and why

What remains is an anonymous account number, with your language, the date the account was created, the date deletion was requested, the dates of your sessions and the record of which versions of the terms of use and the privacy policy you accepted. None of it contains your email address or your name.

We keep this remainder for three years, so we can show the consent we received and meet our legal obligations.

If you signed in with Apple, the receipts of the notices Apple sent us about your account, tied to your anonymous account number, remain for up to 90 days after we receive them, and are then erased.

Your orders, their payments and your ended subscriptions also remain, without your email address or your name, for as long as tax law requires.

Backup copies of our database are erased automatically after 14 days at most: your email address can remain in them for up to 14 days after deletion. It can also remain for up to a day in the sign-in link records.

What stays on your phone

The shops you follow and your notification choices were never linked to your account: they stay on your phone. To erase them, uninstall the app (and remove them from your phone's backup, if it has one).
